Through their holistic approaches, I like that you will have the opportunity to either exercise at the campus fitness area or go on sensory hikes. They also offer a lot of outdoor activities such as yoga, meditation and sports. There will also be individual and group recreation activities.
The length of your stay will depend on your needs. You may stay for 30, 60 or 90 days. The counselors could also recommend you stay longer, depending on your particular circumstances.
