About Emergence Health Network

Emergence Health Network is a public behavioral health organization in El Paso, Texas, serving as the Local Mental Health Authority and Local Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Authority for El Paso County.

The Diana Drive location offers outpatient addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment for adults, young adults and older adults, with additional youth programming available through the network.

Physician Led MAT Program

Emergence Health Network offers outpatient rehab at its Diana Drive facility, including medication assisted treatment, intensive outpatient programs and partial hospitalization for clients with dual diagnosis needs.

The physician-led MAT program pairs medication with weekly individual therapy, medication monitoring and random drug screens.

Sessions integrate evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR, alongside counseling, group therapy and peer support from specialists with lived recovery experience.

Clients can step into IOP or aftercare as needed, with case management, family psychoeducation and housing or legal advocacy supporting long-term stability.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis and Peer Support

For clients managing both substance use and mental health concerns, Emergence Health Network provides integrated dual diagnosis treatment that addresses chemical dependency and psychiatric symptoms together.

Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, Community Health Workers and Peer Support Specialists collaborate to deliver behavioral strategies, supported employment and psychosocial rehabilitation.

Financial Aid with Sliding Scale Options

Services are provided in person at the Diana Drive location in El Paso, with telemedicine and after-hours support available upon request for some programs.

Emergence Health Network accepts Medicaid, Medicare and major private insurance plans, along with self-pay, financial aid and sliding scale options.
