About Elevate Addiction Services

Tucked in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Elevate Addiction Services is located on 28 remote acres in Watsonville, CA. This 50-bed inpatient addiction treatment facility also offers drug detox and transitional housing, serving up to 74 clients at a time. Elevate’s treatment programs include intervention, drug and alcohol detox, inpatient drug rehab, standard outpatient programs, telehealth, and aftercare.
With a holistic approach that focuses on nutrition and fitness, Elevate’s campus features a CrossFit gym, volleyball court, and swimming pool. All clients have access to Crossfit classes and a fitness coach. Additional evidence-based therapy methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviews.
