About Eleos Wellness and Support

Eleos Wellness and Support, formerly known as Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health Services, is a nonprofit behavioral health provider in Largo, Florida offering outpatient addiction and mental health care.

The Palm Way campus serves adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns, drawing on therapies like CBT and DBT, trauma focused care and family counseling.

With roots in Pinellas County dating back to 1981, I like how Eleos blends clinical treatment with practical, community based support to meet people where they are.

Outpatient Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Eleos specializes in outpatient care for adults navigating co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions.

The team integrates evidence based therapies with individualized planning to address both addiction and underlying psychiatric concerns at the same time.

Sessions may include counseling, often paired with CBT and DBT techniques to build coping skills and emotional regulation. I want to add that reviewers have described staff as compassionate, understanding and communicative with families during the treatment process.

Case Management and Community Support

Beyond therapy, Eleos offers case management and wraparound services that help clients connect with housing, food and other essential resources.

This holistic approach recognizes that lasting recovery often depends on stability in daily life, not just clinical care alone. LGBTQ affirming support is also part of the program's inclusive model.

Getting Started

Eleos provides in person outpatient services at its Palm Way campus in Largo, serving individuals and families throughout Pinellas County.

The organization is CARF accredited and carries decades of community behavioral health experience under its prior PEMHS identity.

Eleos accepts Medicaid, TRICARE and self pay, sliding scale and financial aid options to help make care accessible.

Addiction Treatment Programs

Adult Program Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) LGBTQ Friendly Rehab

Adult Program

Treatment at an adult program in Florida addresses the needs of each individual as they work toward recovery. Programs are designed for men and women ages 18 and up, and include a variety of treatment protocols to match the severity of the addiction, type of substance, and personal situation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy in Florida helps people in treatment to revisit painful thoughts and memories and learn new ways to cope with them. These newly-learned techniques replace substance use and help the individual maintain sobriety.

LGBTQ Friendly Rehab

Often, women who have a substance use disorder also have a co-occurring disorder. Women’s rehab in Florida often addresses both the addiction and mental health disorder with dual diagnosis treatment.
