About DreamLife Recovery

DreamLife Recovery is located in Donegal, Pennsylvania. This is a comprehensive drug treatment facility that provides a range of treatment options to adults who are experiencing struggles with a substance use disorder. They provide residential treatment services so you can recover without the distractions and temptations of your everyday life. An outpatient program is also available.

There are specialized programs for young adults, veterans, first responders, working professionals, and members of the LGBTQ community. They support individuals who are recovering from addictions to drugs, alcohol, opioids, cocaine, meth, prescription drugs and other substances. You’ll find support through their residential treatment program which includes detox support. There's also a partial hospitalization program (PHP). They accept policies from most major insurance providers

Detox is overseen by a team of medical professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may be included in your treatment plan to help you navigate ongoing cravings that often accompany recovery.

There are a host of evidence-based therapies and holistic supports that will make up your treatment. For example, you'll be supported by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) through both individual and group settings. There's also neurofeedback therapy and relapse prevention therapy to help you reframe your thinking. You can attend life skills training as well and find support through the 12-step model approach.

Among the holistic therapies offered here, some of the main options include yoga and exercise therapy. There's also Reiki therapy which can help you refocus your energy. Other evidence-based approaches include psychotherapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and brain spotting.

When used together, you’ll have a robust set of tools you can tap into when you need support navigating obstacles in your recovery process.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
