Claratel Behavioral Health, formerly known as DeKalb Community Service Board North DeKalb Mental Health Center, is a behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment facility for adolescents and adults located in Chamblee, Georgia. Chamblee is about 15 miles out of Atlanta. Chamblee offers rail and bus transportation in town and into Atlanta.

This center takes Medicare and Medicaid, Amerigroup, Peach State, Peachcare for kids and Caresource. They also offer a sliding scale for self-pay. They’re accredited by CARF.

Men’s Residential Treatment

They provide outpatient, detoxification and residential services. These services include a male residential program to assist men who are struggling with opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental health issues.
