The Daviess Treatment Services of the Pinnacle Treatment Centers network is located in Owensboro, Kentucky. They’re a substance abuse outpatient facility for adults. Most insurances are accepted including Medicaid and Medicare.

Before you start treatment, you will have a clinical evaluation done. This will help the staff determine the best level of care for you. At this point, your individualized treatment plan will also be developed.

The counselors use evidence-based practices. You will receive education in regard to substance use disorders. They do have the option for telehealth counseling.

Medication assisted treatment is provided. They use Methadone or Suboxone. If you’re a Suboxone patient, you’ll be able to do your intake via Telehealth. Medication management services are also available.

I do like that they have a medical doctor, certified addiction professionals, and master's level therapists on staff. Another thing that stood out to me is that they are open six days per week.
