America’s Homeless Veterans is located in Rancho Cordova, California. Their facility operates in conjunction with Sacramento Recovery. If you are a serviceman or woman living with a substance use disorder, you can receive comprehensive care including access to non-medical detoxification, gender specific residential treatment programs, and access to sober living housing.

The non-medical detox program will allow you to safely navigate detox with the support of certified or licensed staff and counselors. As you exit detox, your care team will create an inpatient treatment plan to meet your unique needs. The inpatient treatment programs include 30, 60, or 90-day programs, designed to meet your needs based on the complexity of your substance use disorder.

Through inpatient care, you’ll have access to a range of treatments including intervention guidance, group and individual counseling, and nutrition counseling. There’s also a comprehensive curriculum that targets a range of skills development including anger management, conflict resolution, parenting, and co-parenting education, community re-entry, and other skills.
