About Crossroads, Inc.

Crossroads Glendale - Midtown Campus in Phoenix, Arizona is a men’s-only residential alcohol and drug rehab facility that treats substance use disorders. They are a 32-bed facility that has two, three, or four person rooms available. They also provide a commercial kitchen, community room, and courtyard for visiting guests and clients to meet more privately. This is a highly structured environment, with 24/7 staff on site.

While in treatment, clients may engage in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and when appropriate, couples counseling. Time is spent identifying the root cause of addiction and the patterns that perpetuated it. The foundational tool used to support clients and long term recovery is the 12-Step program. Clients will regularly engage in meetings, work the steps, and obtain a sponsor. Additionally, clients will begin to focus on relapse-prevention strategies, coping strategies, life skills, vocation and work needs, and if necessary, educational needs. Upon completing the program, clients will begin to identify their aftercare strategy. Many participants step down their treatment and move into partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or outpatient treatment services.
