About Crossroads

Crossover’s Denver clinic in Colorado was an accredited opioid recovery center specializing in medication assisted treatment (MAT). Care was available to adults aged 18 and older in Denver and its surrounding areas, regardless of their background. The center is now closed.

The core of this facility’s care was personalized MAT, offered alongside therapy and guided by an expert team of staff. Here, clients experienced compassionate care as they began their recovery journey. The center used FDA-approved methadone/Suboxone/Sublocade, and Vivitrol to help clients manage their withdrawal symptoms, cravings, and generally move through treatment more comfortably. Individuals could have booked an appointment via email or over the phone. The center also accepted walk-ins and offered telehealth.

They also provided counseling and case management services. Individual and group counseling was available so you could learn new ways to healthily cope with stress without using drugs. They also provided education workshops and offered support for family members.

Medicare, Medicaid, and major insurance plans were accepted. Even though they’re now closed, there are other centers nearby that can help you.
