About Crestwood Behavioral Health

Crestwood Behavioral Health Center provides substance abuse treatment and recovery services with a satellite location in Bakersfield, California. It’s one of 29 facilities spread across the state. While crisis support to manage active addiction is available at some facilities, the Bakersfield location is best for folks who’ve already achieved sobriety but want intensive support to maintain it.

I found that The Bridge is an adult residential program that treats up to 15 clients simultaneously. Along with offering a more structured experience, this program also includes life skills training. Note that their psychiatric health facility has 16 beds reserved for people in acute psychiatric crisis and offers 24 hour care.
