You will need to take an assessment to determine the best level of care for you. Your treatment plan will be based on your needs, preferences and the severity of your condition. It is very important that you are honest with the staff about your medical and addiction history. It is important that you are honest, this way they are able to work with you in developing the best treatment plan for you.

They do offer a few levels of care. Once your best level of care is determined, you will either attend residential or one of their three levels of outpatient care.

Their residential treatment is 90 days in length. This program can be ideal if you’re able to step away from all of your responsibilities so that you can focus solely on your recovery. You’ll live full time at the facility. You will have a set schedule and daily routine to follow. The routine will help you develop healthy habits, therefore it’s a big part of your recovery.

If you don’t need constant treatment but need help with your addiction then the partial hospitalization program may be right for you. Ideally, you’ll have your own transportation and your addiction is mild to moderate. You will be required to attend treatment five to seven days a week, for five to eight hours a day.

Now, if you have family obligations and/or a job you can’t step away from, then the intensive outpatient program may work for you. These sessions don’t last as long as the day treatment. It’s also best if you aren’t in the early stages of recovery. They will help you with problem solving and coping skills.

Through their standard outpatient program, you’ll still have access to individual and group therapy. You will be able to schedule your sessions. You counselors and therapists will also help you in developing your aftercare treatment plan so that you are able to achieve long term recovery.
