About CPLC Corazon Substance Abuse

Situated in Phoenix, Arizona, CPLC Corazon Substance Abuse (CPLC) is an addiction treatment center for underserved individuals. CPLC provides inpatient rehab, counseling, outpatient dual diagnosis treatment, education, and social services.

CPLC offers three behavioral health programs: Centro De La Familia at Maryvale Community Service Center, Centro Esperanza in Mesam, and CPLC Corazón. CPLC Corazón is a 65 bed, ADA-accessible, inpatient residential facility for addiction treatment. Services include individual, group, and family therapy, group treatment sessions, culturally relevant services, mental health treatment, and aftercare. Amenities include nutritious meals, laundry facilities, a basketball court, a garden, yoga, tai chi, Qigong, and a sweat lodge.

CPLC accepts AHCCCS, KidsCare, and Marketplace insurance and can help patients get connected to coverage.
