This nearly 5,000 square foot, 15 room transitional living home is a welcoming and upscale environment for you to build and practice essential recovery skills. The home overlooks the Wasatch Mountains. Inside, you’ll be met with rustic and modern styling that is both elegant and homelike.
Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, state of the art appliances, a spacious pool, and bright and open living spaces. Plus, you’ll have access to chef prepared meals, making your stay that much more comfortable.
While living in this transitional home, you’ll be receiving evidence based treatment in either the outpatient or partial hospitalization program offered through Corner Canyon. Medication assisted treatment using buprenorphine or methadone is available.
Through this program, you’ll build essential skills like how to set boundaries, how to reframe your thoughts and manage triggers and stressful thoughts and emotions. These habits will help you manage symptoms associated with your co-occurring struggles.
