About Consolidated Tribal Health Project

Consolidated Tribal Health Project is a community health organization and outpatient drug and alcohol rehab located in Redwood Valley, California for the Native American community. This facility offers medical services and recovery support while honoring Native American values and helping community members focus on their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Outpatient treatment services include substance abuse counseling, family counseling, clinical screening, support groups, chronic pain management, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress reduction, stress management, meditation, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric care. Services help children, adolescents, adults, and elders. A Road to Wellness support group and a traditional healer program are also available.
