About Conner Creek Health Center

Conner Creek Health Center was a state-licensed, CARF-accredited substance abuse treatment facility located in Detroit, Michigan. The center offered adults medically supervised detoxification, residential care and a specialized rapid opiate detox program, but they are now closed.

Conner Creek provided comprehensive support for those in early recovery or at heightened risk for relapse, allowing clients to focus on healing in a safe, home-like environment.

Rapid Opiate Detoxification in Detroit

Conner Creek specialized in a four-day rapid detox program designed to help patients withdraw from opiates including fentanyl, heroin, prescription pain medications, methadone and suboxone.

The procedure was performed in a hospital ICU setting under IV sedation, allowing clients to sleep through withdrawal while medical professionals administer opiate reversal medications. The program provided a medically advanced alternative to traditional detox.

After completion, clients would receive Vivitrol injections to reduce cravings and detailed aftercare instructions for continued recovery support.

Residential Treatment and Ongoing Support

Beyond rapid detox, Conner Creek offered intensive residential programming with individual, group, and family counseling for adults ages 18 and older.

The center provided aftercare planning and transitional support for those moving into sober living or outpatient programs.

Location, Insurance, and Getting Started

Conner Creek operated 24/7 at its Detroit location on Outer Drive East, serving local residents and patients traveling from across the United States and Canada. The facility included airport transportation assistance for out-of-state clients.

The center accepted private insurance, Medicare, and self-pay options, with payment plans available and superbills provided for insurance reimbursement.
