Connections Wellness Group - Nashville, formerly known as Vertava Health Nashville, is a mental health and drug rehab facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Adults here can access more specialized substance abuse services including a PHP, an IOP, telemedicine and virtual treatment services. The IOP for adults involves three hours of therapy per day, Monday to Friday, from 9am until noon. Afternoon and evening options are also available to those with less flexible schedules. Programming involves medication education, nursing groups, medication management, psychoeducational sessions and experiential groups.
