Located in Danbury, Connecticut, Counseling Centers is a nonprofit dual diagnosis behavioral health and addiction treatment center providing outpatient care. Offering medication assisted treatment (MAT), in combination with behavioral therapies and education services for the treatment of substance use disorders.

Connecticut Counseling Centers has been providing addiction care since 1984. As a state-licensed and nationally accredited provider of behavioral healthcare, Connecticut Counseling Centers offers outpatient counseling, medical, and psychiatric services that include individual and group therapy, assessment and evaluation services, couples counseling, family therapy, and MAT. As a highly effective and evidence based treatment endorsed by SAMHSA and NIDA, MAT involves the use of certain medications, like Suboxone, or methadone, in combination with behavioral counseling to reduce cravings and the risk of relapse for people with opioid use disorder.

Fully accredited and certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Treatment provided regardless of ability to pay.
