About Compass Healthcare

Compass Healthcare merged with Pasadera Behavioral Health Network. The Pasadera Dodge Clinic was a facility situated a little north of the Botanical Gardens in Tucson, Arizona, that served as one of Pasadera’s leading mental health crisis stabilization and intake facilities.

Before closing, Pasadera offered many mental and behavioral health services, including assessments, inpatient treatment, and outpatient care. An aspect of their organization that I find noteworthy is that they offered high quality addiction and mental health treatments to individuals who were uninsured, as well as those on Arizona’s Medicaid.

Offering A Gateway To Quality Services

At the Dodge Clinic, they were equipped to provide clinical assessments, helping patients get a diagnosis or at least a better idea of the nature of the problems they faced. These assessments helped Pasadera and their patients determine what the correct next step was toward solving their problems (e.g., inpatient treatment, outpatient care, rehab, or mental health therapy).

For those already receiving treatment in the area, they also served as a connection point for medication management and case management services.

Ready To Respond To A Crisis

Another function the Dodge Clinic performed was acting as a base for Pasadera’s Mobile Acute Crisis team. This was a team of healthcare professionals who could travel to you if you were in the middle of a mental health crisis, and would offer services aimed at stabilizing symptoms and mitigating danger.
