About Community Bridges Matrix

Community Bridges Matrix was an addiction treatment center in Phoenix, Arizona offering integrated substance use and mental health care for adults navigating co-occurring conditions. However, they are now permanently closed.

The program provided outpatient services and intensive outpatient care, medication assisted treatment and supportive resources as part of the broader Community Bridges, Inc. nonprofit network.

Clients benefited from personalized planning, therapy and access to a full continuum of recovery support, which I thought was notable.

What addiction programs were offered?

Community Bridges Matrix provided outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, detox related services and medication assisted treatment including buprenorphine and naloxone options.

Clinical care included individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention, mindfulness groups and family education. I was impressed by the variety of therapies they offered.

The facility specialized in dual diagnosis care for adults with both substance use and mental health concerns. Aftercare, peer support and housing related resources help extend recovery beyond the clinical setting.
