About Chrysalis Recovery Center Franklin

Chrysalis Recovery Center Franklin, in Franklin, New Hampshire, offers in-person and remote substance abuse and mental health counseling. They also offer a range of programs for those convicted of DWI between their Franklin and Concord locations. They accept adults and minors as clients.

They have a number of specialists on staff, including a fitness coach and faith-based Christian counselor. With so many options available you can count on getting personalized care to meet your needs and interests.

This location accepts some insurance plans (including NH Medicaid) for some of its programs. In addition to this, some programs can be paid for using a sliding fee scale.

Guidance Through Recovery Coaching

I'm a fan of peer based programs because they show you that you aren't alone in your recovery. Though we may experience addiction differently, we can still learn from each other's experiences as we work toward our goals.

This location's peer support program puts you in touch with a certified recovery coach. Think of them as a personal support ready to help you navigate the challenges you encounter in treatment and recovery. These coaches are a great asset because they're available outside of your appointments.

Ongoing Support for DWI

This location has a unique DWI aftercare support group available remotely over Zoom. These weekly meetings are a great chance to connect with others to discuss your challenges and successes following treatment and classes. Each meeting is one and a half hours long.

What I like about this group is that it recognizes that DWIs can have a lingering impact, even after the legal consequences are over. Getting support from peers can help you keep on an even keel when things seem rough. Socialization is key to any kind of recovery.

A Helping Hand With Re-Entry

Their re-entry group is physically located in the Concord office, but a hybrid Zoom option is available. Anyone who is leaving incarceration or is on parole or probation is eligible to attend. The purpose of the group is to help those returning to their communities get the help they need so they can support themselves in a way that's safe and responsible.

Re-entry support is important even if you aren't receiving substance abuse treatment. With more support in place, you're less likely to reoffend and can make positive progress in your life.
