About Chico Rescue Mission

Chico Rescue Mission is a drug and alcohol rehab for men in Chico, CA. This rescue mission provides a Christ-centered 12-month residential addiction treatment program for 90 men with substance use disorder. They find healing and go on to lead enriched, fulfilling lives. Residents engage in weekly bible studies, attend local churches, and maintain an active prayer life. While in treatment they receive case management, transitional housing, spiritual guidance, and essential job and life skills.

Chico Rescue Mission equips men for reintegration into society through their vocational training initiatives. Vocations like landscaping, an auto center, and truck hauling help residents learn, as well as fund the organization’s programs. The treatment program uses a Christ-centered 12-step recovery foundation. Individuals immerse themselves in 15 bible studies a week and strive to uphold the principles of the bible.
