Cenikor Corpus Christi is a comprehensive addiction treatment center serving the Corpus Christi area of Texas. It was once known as Charlie’s Place Recovery Center. Here you’ll find residential addiction treatment, detox, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and outpatient care. They also have aftercare and recovery housing available.

Using 12-step fellowship, process groups, and individual counseling, they can treat the underlying causes of your addiction. During the inpatient program, you’ll live at the facility and receive 24-hour medical care. This program is for adults and adolescents and while living on-site you’ll engage in counseling, medication management and support meetings.

Your loved ones will be invited to take part in the Families First program, which includes counseling sessions. FDA-approved medications are used to treat withdrawal symptoms and reduce drug cravings. Specialized programs are available for veterans active duty military.

The PHP offers the same elements as the intensive residential program but you’ll go home at the end of the day. This program is held five days per week for six hours per day. The intensive outpatient program includes part-time care,12-step integration and relapse prevention training.

One great thing about this organization is that they offer a free aftercare program for graduates of treatment. You’ll receive one-on-one recovery coaching and connect with the alumni community. Fun sober events will help keep you engaged with a sober support system.
