Understanding Your Payment Options

Most commercial insurance plans do not cover methadone-based treatment at this facility, so clients often pay privately or use Medicaid or Medicare. Some clients receive assistance with out-of-network prescription drug plan reimbursements. Community Care Plan, TRICARE East and First Health Network became in network in 2025.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use

Methadone, Suboxone (buprenorphine) and Vivitrol (naltrexone) are prescribed to help manage and overcome opioid withdrawal and dependency. I think it’s helpful that each client receives a personalized care plan, including pregnant women and clients using prescription painkillers.

You’ll start with daily clinic visits for supervised dosing. As you progress and meet certain milestones, you may be approved for take-home doses, which means fewer trips to the clinic. I noticed that intakes are done on a walk in or appointment basis and clinic hours vary so it’s best to call ahead.
