About The Center for Success and Independence

The Center for Success and Independence provides 12 step focused dual diagnosis care for adolescents aged 12 to 17 with co-occurring addiction and mental illness, specializing in long term residential care and intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programming. Their personalized treatment programs are based on the Matrix Model of care and encompass an array of therapeutic options aligned with clients’ individual needs. Dedicated services are available for bilingual clients.

Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care plans, and case management. They also engage in intensive individual, group, and family counseling drawing on proven modalities including DBT, trauma informed CBT, and motivational enhancement therapy. The program promotes clients' sustained sobriety and successful reintegration into their home, school, and family through robust, age specific recovery focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self care, emotional regulation, communication, decision making, anger and stress management, and relapse prevention. An accredited day school is located on site and clients may participate in extensive independent living skills education, including academic and vocational training and courses in job readiness, financial management, and household management.

Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care and may include step down support and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs. They are CARF accredited. Private insurance and self pay are accepted.
