About Center for Individual and Family Counseling

Center for Individual and Family Counseling is a community based mental health agency in Los Angeles offering outpatient therapy for individuals, couples and families, children and adults. The center provides evidence informed counseling that addresses anxiety, depression and trauma, relationship concerns and sobriety support through approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution focused care.
