About Neighborhood Services Center

In the 1850s and 1860s, Oxford, Pennsylvania, was a hub for candy and confectionery businesses. Today, this small city between Philadelphia and Baltimore, Maryland, has modern homes, small businesses and a distinct Amish presence. It’s also where you’ll find the Neighborhood Services Center (NSC), which provides basic needs assistance and case management services.

Most of the services at the Center are free. They share their facility with other organizations that offer outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use, and those programs may accept health insurance for their services.

Meeting Basic Needs in Southern Chester County
