Care That’s Close to Home in Southern Minnesota

Where I believe this facility shines is in providing short-term psychiatric support that’s as convenient for local residents as possible. In this way, you’re never too far from your community, friends, family, coworkers, or home.

Short-Term Hospitalization for Addiction Treatment in Rochester

This 16-bed hospital can provide you with evaluations for your mental, physical, social, and functional health. From here, the team will craft your personalized treatment plan, that may include medication management, with 24-hour support from dedicated nursing staff. I think it’s fantastic that it’s such a small facility because that gives you more individualized and attentive care.

The multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, addiction counselors, social workers, and more, all dedicated to help you kick your addiction while also taking care of any concurrent conditions or mental health disorders you may also be struggling with.

You’ll receive coordinated care, addiction treatment, and aftercare planning to support you in successfully transitioning back to your existing daily routine following around 48 days worth of treatment.

Addiction Treatment Programs

Adult Program Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Senior Drug & Alcohol Rehab Teen & Adolescent Program

Adult Program

When an individual struggles with drug and alcohol use, an adult program in Minnesota can provide treatment and mental health support. Designed for men and women over the age of 18, these programs help individuals obtain and maintain sobriety.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy in Minnesota is based on rapid, action-focused treatment. This works well for 60 to 90-day rehab programs by providing participants with immediate and effective coping techniques.

Senior Drug & Alcohol Rehab

Designed to cater to the older adult's individual needs, elderly rehab in Minnesota increases recovery success. Seniors may participate in individual therapy, group therapy, or holistic therapies, focusing on the specific challenges they are facing related to their stage of life and type of addiction.

Teen & Adolescent Program

Recovery is not the same for young adults as it is for older individuals. A young adult program in Minnesota treats the patient as a whole, addressing unique life-stage challenges, dual diagnosis issues, and substance abuse.
