About Care for Change

Care for Change is a community-based program that treats adolescents for substance use and mental health issues in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Community Adolescent Rehabilitation Effort (C.A.R.E.) offers their services for free to clients who qualify.

Drug and Alcohol Assessments

They provide a formal evaluation to identify your specific problem. This service may include interviews with our family members when appropriate. We noted they offer a face-to-face assessment where they get to know the client and can form a diagnostic impression to help target your unique addiction concerns.

In-Person Counseling

Rather than online or telehealth, Care for Change provides in-person counseling sessions to help us focus on our goals. They offer a quiet setting where guests can concentrate without outside distractions.

Ongoing Care and Assistance

Case management is there to help guests have a smooth recovery. Your care manager serves as a hub connecting you to outside services, like healthcare and transportation. They are advocates on your behalf throughout your treatment.

Care for Change also helps guests 18 and older in a probation program. They work with the Probation or Parole officer to reduce your chances of reincarceration.
