California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (CHCADA) is a substance abuse treatment facility based out of El Monte, California. CHCADA provides recovery services to low income Latino clients of all ages, as well as those from other marginalized backgrounds. They operate several inpatient residences throughout the area based on age and gender.
