Summit Pointe South is located in Battle Creek, Michigan. This is an outpatient clinic that provides compassionate care to men and women. You’ll be supported by evidence based therapies if you're living with a behavioral health struggle or need care for a substance use disorder. There are options for telehealth Zoom sessions. This allows you to have flexible access to your recovery services.

They accept policies from most major insurance providers including Medicaid. Speak with your provider because out of network benefits may apply.

When you sign up, you'll participate in the process to create your treatment plan. You'll have an understanding of where you're at in the recovery process and what therapies can help you build healthy habits for sustainable sobriety.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. This team may consist of physicians, therapists, and addiction recovery counselors. Counseling services are offered through both individual and group settings. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is weaved into your care.

During your group session, you'll have a network of support you can turn to during the difficult parts of recovery. You'll explore a range of topics including addiction education and relapse prevention strategies. I also appreciate that you'll learn early recovery skills that will help guide you throughout your recovery. They also take the trauma informed approach to care which can help you if your co-occurring struggles are the result of a traumatic event.

Many past clients share that the supportive and positive nature of these group sessions has positively impacted their overall experience. This is both while they’re in treatment and after they complete the program. If you need more acute care, they have additional programs available at their main facility on College Street.
