About Summit Pointe South

When you sign up, you'll participate in the process to create your treatment plan. You'll have an understanding of where you're at in the recovery process and what therapies can help you build healthy habits for sustainable sobriety.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. This team may consist of physicians, therapists, and addiction recovery counselors. Counseling services are offered through both individual and group settings. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is weaved into your care.

During your group session, you'll have a network of support you can turn to during the difficult parts of recovery. You'll explore a range of topics including addiction education and relapse prevention strategies. I also appreciate that you'll learn early recovery skills that will help guide you throughout your recovery. They also take the trauma informed approach to care which can help you if your co-occurring struggles are the result of a traumatic event.
