Cahaba Center for Mental Health Selma was founded in 1973 in Selma, Alabama. This is their main center, and they have expanded to offer two other offices in surrounding counties. They serve people who are experiencing mental illnesses and have developmental disabilities.
Their mission is to use all their available resources in order to serve patients in Dallas, Willcox and Perry counties. They respect individual dignity and focus on recovery and healthy relationships with your family and loved ones.
Outpatient Services
Beginning with an initial clinical assessment, they determine what medication administration, counseling and crisis intervention may be necessary for your recovery. They also assess your physical fitness for rehab services and plan your road to recovery accordingly.
Residential Programs
Their residential programs include services similar to outpatient services. These programs are aimed towards patients with serious mental illnesses. They are strongly structured and are supervised by staff 24/7.
Adult Day Programs
