For outpatient detox and intensive addiction treatment the Bridgeway Psychiatric Center may refer you to the Lake Charles Addiction and Wellness Center. This facility offers outpatient medical detox and intensive outpatient programs.

They will provide you with screening for free, provide in home interventions, and offer counseling during the day or in the evenings, either in person or virtually. The clinic is staffed with an addiction medicine physician, and they provide a pain recovery program as well as the new brain spotting therapy technique.
