About Bridges of Hope Morven
Located in Morven, Georgia, Bridges of Hope is a residential alcohol and drug rehab for women. This is not a medical facility, and they do not offer professional counseling services or detox. Bridges of Hope is a unique recovery center dedicated to helping women build a better foundation for sobriety.
While residing there, you’ll have a rigorous schedule to help with your recovery efforts. Rather than a staff meeting your needs, guests take care of the facility. That means you may have cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening duties. These will help you have discipline and learn accountability.
You’ll attend daily devotions, small peer groups, Alcoholics Anonymous, or Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Some of these may be off the premises. Residents also provide various community service activities. The shared dormitory living helps you connect with others and learn how to work as a team.
Before you leave, you’ll have a concrete care plan to help you with ongoing support for your recovery. This step will help you plan where to live, who your support network will be, and what you will do for employment. Once those are in place, you’ll be better able to remain sober long-term.
