About Aspiranet – Turlock
Aspiranet Turlock Behavioral Health is a community based outpatient program serving children, youth and families in Turlock, California. The center provides mental health counseling and substance use treatment designed specifically for adolescents, with an emphasis on family involvement and skill building. Aspiranet takes a trauma informed, family centered approach that supports both young people and their caregivers through coordinated care and case management.
Treatment for Youth
Aspiranet Turlock specializes in helping adolescents reduce and stop alcohol and drug use through individualized outpatient counseling. I want to note that services focus on strengthening protective factors, building coping skills and engaging families in the recovery process to support long term change.
Sessions incorporate one on one counseling, family involvement and skill building exercises tailored to each youth's unique needs. Treatment addresses the underlying contributors to substance use while equipping teens and their families with practical tools to manage triggers, develop healthier habits and navigate challenges together.
Mental Health and Trauma Support
In addition to substance use services, Aspiranet offers outpatient mental health counseling for children and adolescents experiencing depression and anxiety, trauma and other behavioral health challenges. I appreciate how care is designed to be culturally responsive and trauma informed, helping young people and families cope with emotional and behavioral difficulties, mood concerns and family stressors.
