About Ashwood Recovery – Outpatient
Ashwood Recovery Boise offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment in Boise, Idaho. The organization is CARF accredited and LegitScript certified. Insurance is accepted.
Three levels of outpatient care are offered at this facility. You will need to undergo an assessment before being admitted. The assessment is going to go over your substance history, medical history and your goals. With this assessment the staff will be able to determine the appropriate level of care for you and develop your treatment plan. The assessment can take about an hour and half.
They have a dual diagnosis program if you need it. In this program, co-occurring mental health issues and addictions are addressed simultaneously.
For their partial hospitalization program (PHP), you will attend therapy for a total of 30 hours per week. This program is wonderful as a continuing treatment option after inpatient care. It also works if your home environment is safe and stable, especially if those who live in the home are fully supportive of your recovery. Throughout the week, you attend daily one on one therapy sessions and group sessions.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is pretty flexible. You will be able to attend work, school and family commitments while attending treatment. You will participate in a lot of group therapy and education. This will help you develop a sober network of support among your peers. Groups are not gender specific, so you will see both males and females attending. The groups are kept relatively small with a total of four to 10 people.
I like that you will be held accountable to your recovery journey by random drug testing. This accountability combined with other supports can make the difference to help you move forward in recovery.
