With individual and group counseling, you’ll learn critical coping skills and strategies that will help you on your path to recovery. You'll learn how to identify triggers that lead to addiction use and how to manage negative thoughts and emotions. In group settings, you'll have other peers that you can lean on for emotional and moral support.

As you progress through the treatment, you'll create realistic recovery goals. A plan of action to meet these goals will also be created for you as well.
Life skills development is a critical part of the recovery program here as well. You'll learn how to work collaboratively and develop skills that can help you obtain gainful employment and pursue a successful lifestyle when you leave the treatment program.
