What I really like about Amos Counseling is that they have multiple groups with different focuses. These include a cognitive behavioral therapy group and a dialectical behavioral group. These groups are all scheduled at different times so they remain accessible. You may find that participating in multiple groups offers additional support for your recovery.

Most of their services are available via Zoom which I also like. We can't always travel and make appointments but with this option you can still participate and not worry about backsliding or not making progress. I like having it as a backup plan.

This facility accepts Medicaid. Veterans can pay on a sliding fee scale.
