Your treatment will include weekly group counseling and one on one sessions. The counselors will use proven approaches that may include dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. In these sessions, you’ll develop your coping mechanisms, learn about relapse prevention, and receive support and insight from your peers.

I also noticed that these services can be offered to you at no cost through Medi-Cal, or you can pay through a sliding fee scale. Alto Counseling Center treats individuals who are 18 years or older, Santa Cruz County residents and have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder. The Drinking Driver Program is designed for adults with either their first offense or who have multiple DUI charges. Alto Counseling has workshops and education programs that meet all court and DMV requirements so that you can get on track to getting your license restored.
