About Alpine Springs Rehabilitation Addiction and Recovery Inpatient Facility

The inpatient facility at Alpine Springs Rehabilitation is an adult addiction recovery center in Linesville, Pennsylvania. The organization is LegitScript certified and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. They are CARF-accredited as well.

To be admitted into the inpatient facility, you must meet the requirements they have set in place. You must be an adult over the age of 18 and currently sober. You must not be chemically dependent on substances. Everyone must be willing to follow an addiction treatment plan at any of their centers. They do accept a few major insurance plans such as Humana, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What stood out to me is that they are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. When you call for admissions, they will ask you a few questions. These questions will help them assess your needs and better understand your situation. After, the staff will review your assessment to determine the best level of care for you.

During your time at the facility, you and your counselor will develop your personalized treatment plan. Your plan will be based on your specific needs and the goals you would like to achieve during your treatment.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available here if you have an opioid use disorder. The medication they provide is an injection named Sublocade. It is a long-acting medication that lasts about four weeks. This will help manage your withdrawal symptoms and cravings so that you can focus on your recovery journey.

To make your stay more convenient, they have laundry facilities available and advise you to bring five days of clothes. You will not need to take cash as they will provide everything you need. You are allowed to bring your personal hygiene items but alcohol must not be one of the first three ingredients. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes but vapes and rolling tobacco are not allowed.

I like that they partner with local restaurants to have food catered. If you eat a vegan or gluten free diet, they will be able to accommodate your dietary needs. You will be able to go on group trips to the beaches on Pymatuning Lake. With art therapy, you will be able to participate in arts and crafts that are geared towards your recovery. They even have bowling nights!

Two of their therapy programs stood out to me. The first one is their aromatherapy prgram. You will learn how aromas can help keep you calm and relaxed. The other program I found to be unique is their gaming therapy. You will be able to play video games in hopes to put you at ease. During summer time they do cookouts and you’ll also be able to go fishing.
