Following a mental health assessment, clinicians determine the appropriate treatment plan, which may include stabilization, medication, education, individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, family therapy, recreational and wellness therapies, 12 step meetings, and recovery support groups. The MAT program involves using a combination of FDA approved medications and behavioral counseling to treat opioid use disorders. Programs run several days a week, with the PHP schedule running 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
