About AllHealth Network – DTC

Allhealth Network’s DTC program in Englewood, Colorado, provides intensive outpatient treatment for depression in adults. While this program doesn’t directly treat substance use disorder or its symptoms, it can complement SUD treatment. You can find addiction care elsewhere in this program’s network.

One advantage of this program I appreciate is that sessions take place in the evening, allowing you to get help without having to sacrifice other daily responsibilities. There are three sessions a week, with treatment typically lasting between four and six weeks. They accept Medicaid as well as private insurance.

Partnered with Primary Care

Something about this program I think that’s great is how they collaborate with primary care providers to help you with other areas of your physical and mental health while you’re in treatment. This includes check-ins to keep tabs on your health, as well as nurse-led education opportunities that teach you more about caring for yourself. All areas of our health are connected in one way or another, so it only makes sense that supporting your whole health is beneficial to your mental health and addiction recovery.

One on One Time

Though the center of IOP is group therapy, you’ll still get alone time with your care team. This is an excellent opportunity to explore concerns you may want to bring up in private or to discuss your treatment progress. One on one sessions are how your care team shapes your treatment to your needs, so don’t be shy about speaking your mind.

When you want to explore other communities during your recovery, you can always hop on the light rail and visit Denver. Englewood has a lot to offer on its own, of course, but the sheer size of Denver makes for endless new experiences.
