Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center Clare is a community based outpatient clinic serving Veterans in Clare, Michigan with integrated primary care and mental health services.

The clinic provides outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health conditions through individual therapy, group therapy and medication support. As a VA facility, the Clare CBOC offers accessible and Veteran centered care designed to reduce barriers and connect you with the support you've earned.

The Clare CBOC delivers comprehensive mental health consultation, evaluation and treatment for Veterans facing addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions like PTSD and trauma, depression and anxiety, schizophrenia and OCD. Trauma Informed Support

Getting Started

The Clare CBOC is located on Isabella Road and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with both in person visits and telehealth options available. Wheelchairs are provided on site, and transportation support through DAV van services may be available for eligible Veterans.

Care is provided at no cost to eligible Veterans, with Tricare accepted. Same day help may be available for urgent mental health needs.
