About CASA Trinity Outpatient Clinic
CASA Trinity Outpatient Clinic provides addiction and co-occurring disorder care in Elmira, New York. Adults, youth and families can access treatment best practices and a specialized opioid use disorder program as they live at home. They accept multiple insurance plans, including Amerigroup, Fidelis, Molina, United Healthcare, Medicaid and Medicare. You may also be eligible for a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size.
Their programs offer several addiction services, including evaluations, prevention, referrals, relapse prevention and treatment. You can access an in-depth treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and recovery goals. They provide group, individual, and family counseling; medication assisted treatment (MAT), peer support services and aftercare.
For me, their wide range of group therapy topics really caught my eye. Every week they hold over 60 different groups at various times to seamlessly fit treatment into your schedule. Some group topics include women's and men’s recovery, emotional regulation, wellness, recovery enhancement, healthy relationships and harm reduction. They offer a safe space to open up and share your experiences with peers on similar paths.
Of these, their life skills and relapse prevention group seems fantastic. I think it’s great how this group helps you prepare for life after rehab. As part of your last treatment stages, you’ll learn how to identify and overcome triggers along with improving your self-esteem and confidence. That way, you can re-enter your community with the tools to sustain recovery.
Another standout feature is their Integrated Care Opioid Treatment Center. With the opioid epidemic affecting families nationwide, they recently opened a specialized clinic for people to get the help they need. This program offers medication assisted treatment with methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, or Vivitrol. They couple this approach with behavioral counseling to help you get to the root of addiction and build coping skills to promote long term sobriety.
