To qualify for this program you’ll need to be referred by your provider. LIBCAP often has a waiting list to admit new clients. There is also a list of items you’ll need to provide to register. You’ll need a current substance abuse assessment that has been completed within the past three months. For more information about this program you can speak to the medical director at the main clinic.
