About AIDS Alabama – LIBCAP
AIDS Alabama has its headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Their Living in Balance Chemical Addiction (LIBCAP) program is an intensive outpatient program for drug or alcohol addiction. The organization also provides housing, advocacy and support services as well as confidential HIV and STI testing for the community.
