About Affinity Nampa

Affinity Nampa was an outpatient behavioral health provider in Nampa, Idaho. Now closed, they once offered a variety of services to the community, including intensive behavioral intervention and mental health case management.

Nampa is 25 miles west of Boise and is the state's third largest city. I was impressed that the area is well known for the annual Snake River Stampede Rodeo and as a hub for manufacturing.

Outpatient Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Affinity Nampa served those with co-occurring mental health conditions and substance use disorders using a variety of outpatient treatment options. Alongside dual diagnosis treatment, they also offered 24-hour crisis intervention, psychiatric services and a strong mental health day treatment program for adults and children.

These services and more help promote and support sustainable recovery and community reintegration. Psychological testing was also available, as well as community supported employment and life goal planning retreats, providing a wealth of wraparound services that addressed your employment, academic and mental health needs.

Specialized Programs for Veterans & Survivors of Violence

I saw that they had specific programs for veterans and active duty military personnel. Other specialized programs were available for survivors of trauma, sexual abuse, intimate partner abuse, or domestic violence.

Programs were available for pregnant and postpartum women and adults up to age 64 years. They offered individual and group therapy using evidence based treatment modalities accepted Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans in Idaho.
