About Addiction Care Help Center

Addiction Care Help Center is a drug and alcohol rehab in Albany, New York operating as part of the Addictions Care Center of Albany (ACCA) network with what I found to be more than 50 years of service across the Capital Region.

This campus offers residential stabilization and rehabilitation as well as reintegration and transitional housing complemented by ACCA's broader outpatient continuum. Care is delivered through a person centered, trauma informed, and recovery oriented approach.

Residential With MAT and Late Stage Residential

Treatment often begins with residential stabilization in a safe 24 hour staffed environment. Clients can step through rehabilitation, reintegration, and transitional living.

I discovered they operate Reilly House which is a supervised 12 bedroom men's residence supporting later stage recovery. Programming integrates counseling and family support, relapse prevention and parenting education, life skills training, and case management.

Medication assisted treatment options such as Vivitrol and Suboxone are available and outpatient services include intensive outpatient, evening groups, and adolescent care.
