A Short Term Rehabilitation Program

The inpatient program at the facility will be 30 days long. During your time in the program, you’ll be participating in individual and group therapy to learn relapse prevention strategies and understand the cause of your addiction. Your counselor will use evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Gestalt therapy can be an effective tool for helping clients heal from events in their past and feel less need to use substances. Cognitive behavioral therapy will be used to adjust negative beliefs harming your recovery, and motivational therapy will be used to increase your motivation to change your addictive behavior.

I also like that your treatment will also focus on improving your physical health through exercise and nutrition. The staff provides health training to help you understand how to best take care of yourself. One other thing I noticed is that you can get career counseling that can guide you toward employment.
