As soon as you're admitted, you'll have a comprehensive assessment to understand your needs and challenges. Clinical staff will use that information to create a treatment plan for your recovery journey. Their well balanced team includes therapists, clinicians and support personnel who specialize in addiction treatment and mental health care.

Outpatient services are available in the form of partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and standard outpatient treatment (OP). The difference between the program is their flexibility and the time you must spend attending sessions.

The partial hospitalization program will be if you need intensive care but don’t require 24 hour care. You attend daily sessions for six to eight hours per day. The intensive outpatient requires you to attend sessions throughout the week for 10-12 hours per week. The standard outpatient program is if you are well into your recovery journey. Will be applying everything you have learned in treatment into your daily life. You’ll attend counseling once or twice a week.

Your individual therapy sessions will take place with qualified therapists. In these, you'll unpack the cause of your addiction and develop tools and skills to prevent relapse and cope with stress. The therapist will use different types of treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Group therapy sessions are a big part of outpatient treatment. In the small groups you'll be able to learn from other people who are also on a journey to recovery. You'll have a chance to share your experiences and thoughts and get support.

Their programs also offer access to holistic activities and services that complement the clinical aspect of your treatment. For example, you'll be able to do yoga, art therapy, mindfulness exercises and meditation as well as recreational activities. These will help you learn stress management without substances which will contribute to your recovery and long-term wellness.

Your treatment plan gives you access to a gym membership, a comfortable client lounge, catered meals, career and education assistance and more. They'll even provide transportation to and from the center for you.
