A Better Today is an outpatient care facility that serves Pennsylvania through seven facilities. Their Stroudsburg location provides comprehensive care to adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating the road to recovery from a drug or alcohol dependency. You'll be supported through a range of services including specialized care and evidence-based treatments in an outpatient setting.
When you enter A Better Day, the comprehensive screening and assessment will help you determine the best recovery plan for your needs. Care provided includes general outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. If you are currently on medication-assisted treatment using FDA-approved medications including methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol, and others, your care team will establish a treatment plan that continues your care.
In addition to comprehensive case management, you'll have access to counseling and therapy services designed to meet your unique needs. There are also support services including family counseling that can help your support system establish the skills needed to help support you during your recovery.
